By downloading, installing, or using HolyTV Player ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

HolyTV Player is a media player application that allows users to:

• Import and play M3U/M3U8 playlists
• Connect to Xtream Codes compatible services
• Organize and manage media content
• View Electronic Program Guide (EPG) data

The App is a player only and does NOT:

• Provide any TV channels, movies, series, or media content
• Host or stream any content
• Distribute any copyrighted material
• Have any partnership with content providers

3. User Responsibilities

By using this App, you agree that:

• You are solely responsible for all content you access through the App
• You will only use the App for legal purposes
• You will only access content that you have the legal right to view
• You will comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws
• You will not use the App to access pirated, unauthorized, or illegally distributed content
• You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the App

4. Legal Use Only

This App is intended for use with:

• Legitimate IPTV subscriptions you have purchased
• Free-to-air TV channels
• Personal media content you own
• Content you have legal authorization to access

We strongly condemn and prohibit the use of this App for accessing pirated or unauthorized content. Any misuse of this App is strictly the user's responsibility.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, design, features, and documentation, is the intellectual property of HolyTV Player and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App without our written permission.

6. Premium Subscription

Some features of the App require a Premium subscription. By purchasing Premium:

• Payment will be charged to your account upon confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings
• Refunds are handled according to platform (Apple/Google) policies

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR ANY CONTENT ACCESSED THROUGH IT.

We are not responsible for any content accessed through the App, as we do not provide, host, or control any such content.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HolyTV Player and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
